Your goals. Your time. Your daily plan.

A daily plan for body, mind and soul. Tell xPerDay what you’re working on and how many minutes you have today. It balances movement, breathing and reflection, guides you through every step, and adjusts tomorrow from how it went.

One email when it’s ready to download. No spam, no sharing.

Five steps, every day.

The same small loop each day. You answer two questions; the planning is done for you.

  1. Choose

Pick what you’re working on, in order of priority. Change it whenever life does.

  2. Fit

Say how much time you have today. The plan resizes without dropping what matters.

  3. Do

Follow a looping demo with a timer and two or three cues. Pause, skip or swap any move.

  4. Tell

One or two taps afterwards: how it felt, and whether you enjoyed it.

  5. Adapt

Tomorrow changes from what you actually did, and the app tells you why.

How much time today?

Five minutes between meetings or forty-five on a slow Sunday. Choose a number and the session reshapes itself: a warm-up when there’s strength work, a calm finish from ten minutes up, and always the time you said.

Example plans for someone working on strength and mobility.

Minutes today
  1. TrainSquat5 min

Only 5 minutes today: one focused block on strength.

  1. TrainSquat7 min
  2. BreatheBelly breathing3 min

Strength, then two minutes of calm to finish.

  1. MoveOverhead reach3 min
  2. TrainSquat8 min
  3. BreatheBelly breathing4 min

A short warm-up first, because there’s strength work.

  1. MoveOverhead reach4 min
  2. TrainSquat11 min
  3. RecoverHamstring stretch5 min

Same shape, longer blocks, a stretch to finish.

  1. MoveOverhead reach6 min
  2. TrainSquat9 min
  3. TrainWall push-up9 min
  4. BreatheBelly breathing6 min

Room for a second strength move.

  1. MoveOverhead reach7 min
  2. MoveHip hinge8 min
  3. TrainSquat11 min
  4. TrainWall push-up11 min
  5. BreatheBelly breathing8 min

Five blocks, both goals, still ending calm.

A plan that remembers.

xPerDay keeps the last two weeks in mind: what you did, what you skipped and how it felt. Then it says, in plain words, what changes and why.

Notes come only from what you record. No guesses about your body, no health claims, and a missed day is never a failure.

Example notes

  • MonStrength, 20 min · About right
  • TueStrength, 15 min · About right

WednesdayYou did strength on the last two days, so today leans on mobility and recovery.

  • ×3Skipped a floor move · No space

Next planYou skipped floor moves a few times, so I’ve picked standing alternatives.

  • ×2Squat · Too hard

Next planSquat felt too hard twice; today uses a chair squat instead.

Body, mind and soul. Balanced for you.

Rank what matters. Your first goal gets the biggest share, and a goal that’s had little time this week gets a bigger one tomorrow. Each day runs in one order: move, then breathe, then reflect.

  • Purpose & reflectionReflectSet an intention, look back, choose what matters.

Thirty movements, twelve breathing and stillness practices, and ten reflections. Faith practices are there if you want them, off unless you turn them on.

Fits the space you have.

No mat, no gym, no problem. Tell xPerDay what you own (a chair, a wall, a band) and whether to skip floor work. Mark areas to go easy on, like knees or lower back, and those moves stay out. Every move is low impact, so it works in a flat at any hour.

  • Every plan works with no equipment.
  • Swap any move for one that fits the same time.
  • Low impact, nothing that jumps or thumps.

Gentle by design. Not medical advice.

xPerDay is a general wellness app. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or replace advice from a health professional.

A short safety check at the start can switch on gentle mode: easier moves, nothing high-impact. If you’re pregnant or recently postpartum, recovering from surgery or injury, or have been told to avoid exercise, check with a health professional first. Every session says it plainly: stop if you feel pain.

Be first to plan your day.

Questions

When can I download xPerDay?

xPerDay is in development for iPhone and Android. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you once it’s in the App Store and Google Play.

Do I need equipment?

No. Every plan works with nothing at all. If you have a mat, a chair, a wall, a band or dumbbells, tell the app and it can use them.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing breaks. There’s no streak to lose: xPerDay shows your active days this week, and tomorrow’s plan simply picks up from what you did.

How does it decide what I do?

From your goals, the minutes you choose, your equipment and what to go easy on, plus what you recorded in the last two weeks: what you did, what you skipped and how it felt. The rules are fixed and the same input gives the same plan, so every note can say why.

Is xPerDay religious?

No. Soul practices are about gratitude, purpose and reflection, for anyone. If faith matters to you, you can turn on faith practices, such as prayer in your own words, in any tradition. They stay off unless you choose them, and we only store that you turned them on.

Is it therapy?

No. Breathing, stillness and reflection practices are everyday wellbeing habits, not therapy or treatment. If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a local helpline.

Is there an AI chatbot?

No. The coach is a set of clear rules over your own history. It never invents insights and never gives medical advice.

Is it suitable if I have an injury or a health condition?

xPerDay is a general wellness app, not medical advice or treatment. If you’re unsure, check with a health professional first. The safety check at the start can switch on gentle mode, and you can mark areas to go easy on.

What does Plus cost?

$6.99 a month or $44.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. You subscribe through the App Store or Google Play and cancel there any time. Prices can differ by country.

What happens to my data?
